Whitefield, New Hampshire is located in White Mountains Region with a population of 2,306. It is a part of the Berlin, NH–VT Micropolitan Statistical Area. The tow has a total area of 34.7 square miles, of which 34.2 square miles is land and 0.4 square miles is water. There is a public library in the center of town. Weeks State Park is one of the best places to visit near Whitefield. Students go to White Mountains Regional High School for study. Whitefield ponds and lakes include Burns Pond (128 ac.), Forest Lake (196 ac.), and Mirror Lake (54 ac.).
