Angle Pond is a 161-acre body of water located in the small town of Sandown, New Hampshire. Sandown, originally incorporated in 1756, and Angle Pond can both be found in Rockingham County, a 42-mile drive from Boston.
The pond is a great fishing spot, home to Brown Bullheads, Chain Pickerels, and Calico, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass. It’s also a nice location for canoeing — you can launch from the Sandown shoreline — as well as simply admiring nature. It’s tough to find something more beautiful than a sunset on the pond.
