Mirror Lake is a body of water located in Eastern New Hampshire in the Lakes Region of the state. It is situated in Carroll County and can be found in the town of Tuftonboro. Altogether, the lake boasts a total surface area of 333 acres. Its maximum depth is 43 feet, though on average, depth is about 13 feet. It is situated at an elevation of 509 feet above sea level.
Visitors of Mirror Lake can enjoy the luxuries of the water itself, taking part in activities like boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and water skiing. The nearby town of Tuftonboro also offers a variety of amenities, including a museum, a library, several parks and a number of community events. A small unincorporated community, also called Mirror Lake, is located along the lake?s Western shore. The community is known for its summer cabin rentals and its five summer camps for children. A large portion of the area’s occupants are seasonal.
