Belleau Lake is 190 acres big and has 7.4 miles of shoreline. This Lake can be found in the town of Wakefield in Carroll, New Hampshire. The following villages offer beautiful destinations for vacation lake houses;
Wakefield village, North Wakefield, Union and Sanbornville. These lake houses
all offer close water access on the lake. There are many recreational activities
surrounding Belleau Lake including golfing as well as snow-mobile driving in the
winter. Belleau Lake also has a variety of fish that are available for
recreational fishing. Those who are seeking a more peaceful vacation may choose
to take a walk on the shore of the beaches on Belleau Lake or enjoy the sun on
these same beaches. Please note that special permission is needed to take one?s
boat on the lake.
