Cochecho Waterfront Real Estate For Sale

The Cochecho River, a tributary of the Piscataqua River, is a 38.3-mile-long river that runs southeast through the New Hampshire town of Farmington, and the cities of Rochester and Dover. The river is used to provide hydroelectric power to both of those cities.

Boat access to the Cochecho River can be found for a fee at George's Marina in Dover. The river is a popular one for fishing; Brook Trout, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout and Smallmouth Bass can all be found in the Cochecho. The river's wide stream makes it great for boating, kayaking and canoeing.
