Half Moon Lake is 282 acres large and can be found in Belknap Country in central
New Hampshire. There are many beautiful lake-side properties from which Half
Moon Lake can be enjoyed and these include properties in
Alton as well as
Barnstead. This lake is part of the Suncook River Watershed.
Half moon Lake is famous for its variety of fish which include rock bass, black
crappie, pan fish, bluegill, sunfish and largemouth bass. With such a large
variety of fish available for catching, it is no surprise that this lake is an
all time favorite of avid fishermen. There is one public boat access for
visitors which is located on the North West end of the lake. There are many
