Pawtuckaway Lake, also known by its official name, Pawtuckaway Pond, is a 783-acre lake located in Nottingham, New Hampshire. The lake is home to three islands: Big Island, Log Cabin Island, and Horse Island. There are also various smaller islets scattered around the lake. The northern outlet of the lake acts as a tributary of the Bean River, while the southern outlet flows into the Pawtuckaway River.
The lake is part of the Pawtuckaway State Park & Campground, and offers visitors and residents the chance to experience a number of activities, including boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and camping. There is an admission fee of $4 for adults and $2 for children, though children 5 and under, and New Hampshire Residents 65 and older can enter the park for free.
